How Much Wine Will I Make? How Much Fruit Do I Need?

Approximately 17 pounds of fruit will produce about 1 gallon of wine and which is 5 bottles of wine. Since white and rose wines are pressed before fermentation, approximately 20 pounds of fruits is required to produce 1 gallon of wine.
